Cancelling A Training Booking

Classroom training sessions:

If you need to cancel a training session, we require 7 days of notice prior to the date of training. This will provide us an opportunity to fill the vacant space.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the session date and for non-attendance, no refund will be given

If we cancel the session, a full refund will be provided or a transfer to another session offered. We reserve the right to cancel a training session if there are less than 3 delegates in attendance

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from the date of cancellation

Payment is required by the end of business, the day prior to training. If payment has not been made by the due time, Apex Healthcare reserve the right to cancel any training sessions booked

Punctuality

If you or the participant arrives beyond the scheduled start time it will be up to the trainers discretion as to whether you/participant is able to still join the session.

Re-assessments

Any delegate unsuccessful in the assessment, we may arrange for a re-assessment. Please note there will be a charge for any re-assessment necessary.
