If a client is going away for a certain period of time or has family visiting, we offer reablement services to help them smoothly transition back into their routine with us. Whether it’s re-establishing daily tasks, regaining confidence, or adjusting to any changes post-break, our carers provide the right support to ensure continuity and comfort.
If a client wishes to reduce their regular care package, we simply require 14 days' notice. We completely understand that needs evolve, and we make the transition as seamless as possible.
In the unfortunate event of a client's passing, we handle everything with the utmost care and compassion. While it’s a difficult topic to think about, we ensure families have the support they need during this time, including any necessary administrative steps.
3. What qualifications and training do the carers have?
